Data Deletion Instructions

Delete Your Entire TaurusX Account

To permanently delete your TaurusX account and all associated data:

1. Open TaurusX → Settings → Profile. 2. Tap "Delete Account" in the Account section. 3. Choose to delete immediately, or schedule a future date — you can come back and cancel anytime before that date arrives.

Choosing to delete immediately erases your data right away: profile information, account credentials, chat and usage history, health data synced via Apple Health or Google Fit, connected-integration tokens and settings, and device/push-notification identifiers. Choosing a future date keeps your account fully normal and usable until that date, then erases the same data automatically — we'll also send a reminder a few days before, with the option to cancel or delete right away instead.

We retain a deletion audit record — your account ID, email, name, role, account creation date, and deletion date — indefinitely, for fraud prevention and legal-compliance purposes. This record does not include and cannot reconstruct your actual data: chat and usage history, health data, connected-integration content, and everything else described above is genuinely and permanently erased. If you'd like this remaining audit record removed as well, contact privacy@taurusx.app and we'll evaluate the request against our compliance obligations.

Delete Specific Data Without Deleting Your Account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data from a specific source. Any third-party service you've connected — including Google, Microsoft, Apple, GitHub, GitLab, Slack, Discord, Notion, Jira, ClickUp, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, WhatsApp, and others — can be disconnected independently:

1. Open TaurusX → Settings → Integrations. 2. Find the service you want to remove and tap Disconnect. 3. This immediately deletes that service's access tokens, permission grants, and any data TaurusX cached from it, and pauses any automation that depended on it.

Health data specifically: you can revoke TaurusX's access to Apple Health or Google Fit at any time from your device's own privacy settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → TaurusX; Android: Settings → Security & privacy → Privacy → Health Connect). Revoking access stops new data from syncing; to delete health data already stored in TaurusX, use the Disconnect step above or request deletion via email below.

Facebook Login Data Deletion

If you used Facebook Login to connect your TaurusX account, Facebook may have shared limited profile information with us at the time of connection. This is deleted the same way as any other integration (see above), or directly from Facebook:

1. Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. 2. Find "TaurusX" and click Remove. 3. Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete all associated data within 24 hours.
